MainStay Suites Carlisle - Harrisburg

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and had a wonderful experience! I was having a rough morning prior to checking in, but the general manager, Tiara, was absolutely PHENOMENAL. She made my day so much better!! She was so kind and so pleasant! The staff were so helpful and attentive to my needs. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend this location to friends and family.

The Gail at the front desk was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful. I really appreciated that after driving so far. I was told breakfast was at six and I waited around until 630 and finally left so I was a little disappointed in that but he was just setting up at that point and I went ahead and grabbed a couple of things around the road. I did take a picture in the bathroom. I’m trying to figure out how to send it to you because around the toilet was obviously not cleaned for quite some time. Otherwise this day was wonderful and I would definitely come back

This is one of the better Mainstay locations we have stayed at. It is very clean and well kept, but could use a little updating. It had a wonderful bed and we slept very well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The A/C unit was fairly quite. One slight negative there were no sausage or eggs at the breakfast. Would stay here again.

It's located among creepy warehouses. The inside is rather quiet overall. It's a good hike from town as well. The kitchen has a small stove top. Microwave dishwasher and sink. The bathroom is OK as well. There is a mantle or bureau with a pull out table you can use to work. The design is a bit strange. Cleanliness is OK. But the dishwasher had a strong burnt smell after running and when the fan was running in the bathroom I smelled something foul smelling being pulled into the room. The room in its present state should be priced between 60 and 80 taxes included in my opinion because of the extra space at the current inflation value. I could see 250 a week also. The next door place is gouging at 375.00 a week.

We arrived at 2am and it took 30mn to get our room... Woke up at 8am just to see that the breakfast was quite empty, no spoons, no hot chocolate, no fruits, no eggs etc (basically only waffles). On the good side the room was nice and clean.
