Walls are thin, cleaning was num and void, no carpeting, privacy is zero as far as hearing your neighbors

I got to my room and noticed cigarette holes in the chair, and all over the comforter. So i took a shower and the water was HOT!!!! I was so happy! It even had excellent water pressure, so I decided to go to sleep, I woke up 5 times (every hour) at 5 am when i couldn't take no more. I turned on the lights, completely stripped the bed and there they were, Bed Bugs. I had never seen them before, I freaked and hopped right back into the shower and that's when realized i had welts everywhere. I checked out at 6am which woke up the Attendant or Manager, and when i proceeded to tell him, he went off on me, like you never said anything about it till now, So I responded... I DON"T WANT MY MONEY BACK! I JUST WANT YOU TO GET A DAMN EXTERMINATOR TO SPRAY YOUR DAMN ROOMS! AT THIS POINT HE SEEMED

I don't believe you have to pay a deposit for a service animal That is not re Refundable And then you gotta wait 10 minutes for the water to get hot from being cold. And it's not a pet deposit if you have. This place has no laundry service. The people that worker are rude. If you need something, you have to go by as in toilet paper or anything else.. It's all about money not customer service and not handicap for the office to pay look at picture.

The owner asked to keep our debit card and write down our info to take with him to the other hotel 'Deluxe Inn' because you have to go over there to book a tiny cabin. The tiny cabin we were given was poor in sanitation and cleanliness. He had a very rude attitude and so did his mother. I wouldn't recommend for a long stay because they'll bang on your door and demand you pay upfront. Not to mention they act so differently when it's time to check out at 11. If it's not about money they don't wanna hear it. Poor service and poor customer care. You get one simple A/C Unit and you're lucky if it works. Rats, mice, roaches and no maintenence.

Eh. The rooms need their own microwaves. I feel awkward reheating Chinese food at 3:30 am when the munchies kick in.
