Singh RV & Campground

Updating this to clarify my comments, which upset the owners. I wish I could give this RV park a better review, but wow - it’s really in bad shape. When we booked it was because of its close proximity to the Interstate. I saw the low ratings, but we just needed a pull-thru site for overnight. It was acceptable for just one night. From the looks of the sign in the park, this was once a KOA Kampground, but it must have failed to live up to KOA standards. My interactions with staff over the phone were good, and the person I spoke with was friendly & polite. We were delayed on our arrival due to a mechanical problem that took us off the road for three hours. I called to let the office know and she was accommodating. She took payment over the phone and messaged me a copy of the campground map

Very nice Camp Director. Campground very old and rundown but the lake view was great. 1 night stay. Restaurant next door was good.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa and this RV Park. Not only did it meet our immediate needs for the night this lady (Lisa) was a “heaven sent”. When I called her after hours she was totally understanding that we needed a place to hook up and rest for the night. Even though the office was closed she took us in. It wasn’t until the morning did I tell her that we had called many campgrounds and no one could accommodate our need for a pull through because we were pulling our car on a trailer. It was dark and blinding rain and our generator lost its housing batteries and my husband needed to hook up to his dialysis. When I say, this ladies willingness to go outside her office hours in poor weather and support travelling strangers she was a lifesaver and she didn’t even know it. FYI:

Great Park!!! The new owners are so nice. They made me feel welcome as soon as I walked into the office. They even took us to our campsite. Park is very clean with wildlife everywhere (which I love). They have pull through spots and back in spots next to the water. We've been here for 4 days, and I'm sad to be leaving tomorrow. Definitely recommend this park!

This campground has easy access on and off Interstate 20. The manager on duty was very helpful. He quickly returned to the office when we arrived after hours. He showed us to our campsite and even quickly repaired the electric connection when it would not work with our plug. The campground is quiet even though it is at the edge of a large town. The majority of the campers are long-term so there is a lot of stuff around many trailers. It was a good place for a one night stay while traveling.
