Hampton Inn Hammond

I came home from Dallas and I usually stay in other hotels but from here on out, I’ll be staying here! From the front desk to housekeeping, to food service my stay was amazing here! Willow (food) was so delightful and Anita was so nice and polite! I stayed on th 3rd floor and the housekeepers spoke to me, they engaged with me and always had a smile. This is what customer service is all about!!! Great job yall! I’ll be back!!!

This was an outstanding experience! The room was extremely clean. It had a microwave and a mini fridge. The hallways were quiet. My room was immaculate. The shower looked very new and modern. The location was good - close to food and shopping. The staff was friendly. Most importantly to me - I felt safe at this hotel. I highly recommend this Hampton! 👍

Stayed at the Hampton Inn in Hammond and had a really good experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, which made for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, the bed was cozy, and everything felt quiet and safe, which I appreciated. The bathroom looks modern with sliding glass shower doors, but the toiletries are very basic and unremarkable, and there’s no air vent, so moisture tends to build up in the small space. Not a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning if you’re particular about comfort. The pool area deserves a shoutout—it’s modern, clean, and a really nice place to relax, though it does close at 10 PM. The free breakfast was another highlight with plenty of choices and fresh coffee

I am so upset. I was taking a quick shower before we left the hotel this morning and all of the sudden I hear someone from the front desk calling the phone in our room. I thought that maybe we had somehow lost track of time so I quickly jumped out of the shower and as I was getting out a man started knocking on the door and shouting at us. I didn’t open the door but I said, “we are still here, is it after 12 o’clock?” I checked my phone and the time was ONLY 11:45 am!!! I was so startled and rushed by the staff harrassing us that I didn’t even have time to get all the conditioner rinsed out of my hair. They were calling our room and banging on our door and harassing us and it wasn’t even time to check out yet!! We checked out on time at 11:59 am and we will never stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean and check on was super easy. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but everything was stocked and ready to go. The pool looked nice although I didn't partake. Plenty of parking and they were able to accommodate my trailer. Would definitely stay again.
