RUN!!! Hotel floors and halls had garbage on the floor.... Trash on floor as soon as we walked in. Nasty stains on carpet... I would not take my shoes off .. bathtub drain area black and disgusting.. return air vent in bathroom nasty and white disgusting substance around dirty coffee pot on bathroom counter.. blue armchair in corner had white substance on the arm and upper upholstery. I would not have been able to sleep, take a bath or enjoy coffee much less want to touch anything. I had 2 kids and one toddler and did not feel safe with them touching anything. We lasted about 35 minutes and left once we found a clean room down the road. No refund but was worth not staying the night.

I stayed in room 208 the gentleman working the front desk was so nice and had great customer service. However the room was not at the best it could be. There was a bottle of lubricant next to the tub. Dirty socks in the bed. I told the front desk I didn’t want to change rooms and asked if I could clean the room myself. He was so nice and gave me supplies to do so. He even offered to do it for me. The housekeeping needs to do better. The breakfast was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay just wish the room was cleaner.

We stayed here while visiting friends. The location is great, close to the interstate, food, and local stores if you need essentials. It is run down though. Our room had a very distinct smell, not a bad smell, but also not pleasant. The hallway did smell amazing tho, liked they pipe in smells that were inviting. The tile floor had a residue on it that was slick so we had to be careful when walking in the tile. There was no smoke detector in the room. The bathroom had yellowish spots all over the ceiling and the tub was gross. I did, however, find the bed very comfortable and had no problem sleeping. Because we were visiting friends, we basically only slept here and showered here. I’m not sure I’d want to spend more time in the room if I needed too. We didn’t even turn on the TV. |We’ve sta

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Woke up to take a shower after a late night check in only to find hair all in the tub with a used washcloth full of hair hanging over the rod. There was also gum wrapper on the floor. It’s obvious the bathroom was not touched by housekeeping. When I let them know, her response was “ok.” After I waited 30 minutes for them to come and clean the shower and no one showed I talked to the front desk and let them know I needed it cleaned so that I could take a shower. The housekeeping staff was so rude and told me it’s not her job to “double back “. I was very kind and understand that things happened, but she was incredibly rude and told me that I should have let her know sooner. If I knew my shower was dirty I would have let them know sooner.

We just stayed 1 night while traveling through. We chose this hotel due to the location, price and possibility of a pool. One web site did not state there was a pool, another site said there was one. It turned out to be an outdoor pool that was in an enclosure. You exited a hotel door into the enclosure, so did not actually go outside. The water was very cold, but enjoyed it for a short time. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel seemed very empty and quiet, that made us sad. While you do hear the train going by, it stops at 10 pm ish and not again until 6am ish. It is an older hotel and needs updating and painting. Everything was clean, comfortable and adequate. There were so many areas of chipped paint in doorways. It would seem an easy cosmetic upgrade to just touch
