I bucked a mobility assistant room online. When checking in was given a regular room and was told they had mo other rooms available. I had to show the reservation to get the correct room. Once in the room the bathroom sink would not drain and the bedroom phone would not work to contact the front desk. Had to use cell phone and went to the front desk to get a plunger to try and fig the sink. It didn't work. The next morning found a maintenance worker walking the hallway and ask when the sink drain would be fixed? He did not know anything about it. The side strip on the kitchen counter is falling off and not held in place very well. The coffee ground holder for the coffee maker was missing we went to the front desk to get a basket an was told to put the bag of coffee grounds into the pot

Everything was great the hotel clerk had amazing hospitality it felt safe secure and comfortable i will be back! The reason for the score is because of the breakfast i think it should be included with the stay as a complimentary breakfast. Other than that everything was great!

Positive: You can check in earlier than most hotels. Negative: No breakfast. My room stunk. They didn't have utensils in room. They didn't match online pricem.

I would only recommend this hotel/location to someone if they are in need of a room due to a emergency or they just need a quick stay. It's dirty, smells like cigarettes and smoke, and the rooms are half clean. Beware.

Housekeeping is not doing its job. What I mean by that is I got up out of bed and got address, left the hotel, and came back to the room. The room has not been cleaned, nor the tub, which was nasty. The elevator needs to be fixed when you get on the elevator and press 4floor, and it does not want to move, and when it actually moves to the fourth floor, it gets to the next floor and pauses for 5 minute,s and it does it on every floor and went it stop the elevator chimm real bad like you going to be tuck.
