Red Roof PLUS+ Hammond

The night clerk was very sweet, I was grateful for the affordable price as it was an unplanned stay and not in the normal budget. The room was bigger than expected. The bed was so comfortable. I recently fractured my back and was afraid it would be hard but it was soft and a blessing. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at crappy hotels before. But, this one is the worst. Dirty and stinky rooms. It doesn't look clean at all anywhere in the hotel, the pool is closed, Elaine at the front desk is by far the worst at customer service and was not helpful at all. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ANY RED ROOF HOTEL EVER AGAIN.

The guy at the front desk was so helpful and kind when I had a problem checking in with my point but we got it all figured out. He was super friendly and just couldn't have been any greater of a host. This hotel is so clean and fresh one of the best I've stayed in by far! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Positive: Was a little Leary about staying in a red roof inn bc of ratings and reviews. This one had good ratings so I took a chance on it. I was VERY impressed and stay at this location every month or so when I?m in the area on business. RECOMMEND!!!!! Negative: N/A

The beds are super comfortable and rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. I love the 2 king bed rooms and its pet friendly
