Seagull Bay - A Lakeside Motel

The room was super clean, updated, and nice with a beautiful view!! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The owner, Isaac, went above and beyond to be reachable, check in on my stay, and even took time during a snow storm to lend a hand and even cleaned the snow off my windshield! We will absolutely be back and will recommend Seagull Bay to any of our friends traveling to Bayfield!

The Seagull Bay is perfectly located with an amazing view. You can easily walk on the brownstone trail into downtown Bayfield. It's a perfectly flat trail and only about .4 of a mile from shops and restaurants. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the gorgeous sunrise from the deck. The rooms are very clean and comfortable - a little small, but they make the most of the space with good storage options. Coffee was provided in the main office and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. This motel is a great bargain.

Wonderful warm haven after driving in the snow storm! Owner was so kind to update us and help with easy check in access to our beautifully remodeled room--Clean and reasonably priced. Close to shops and restaurants and WOW what a gorgeous view of the lake, thanks to lower level location! Can't wait to go in the summer!

Clean, great view of Lake Superior and trees. We staying in the guest house which is at the top of the hill right off Hwy 13. Noise wasn’t bad for having traffic right there. With in walking distance of downtown. Had coffee, coffee maker, coffee filters, microwave, air fryer in the room. Cozy room with great view of the sunrise. I’d recommend a luggage rack and better creamer lol

The staff at Seagull Bay were very helpful as I had to change the dates of my trip several times. Upon arrival, the room was ready for me, very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It's a beautiful setting on Lake Superior with lots of beautiful trees and a walking path. The customer service was excellent and felt personalized. I'll be back when I'm in the area, for sure.
