San Marco Inn East

For the price point, it was great. I booked last minute via a 3rd party. It was $52 for a room on a Saturday night. Everything was clean. I asked to switch rooms because there was a draft with the door that let a lot of outside noise in and they switched me. The second room I had to push the door some to lock it, but considering the price point I’m not complaining. Close drive to downtown.

I enjoyed it here the staff are extremely nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and only 1 or 2 bugs in the tub but that was it! I liked the breakfast evan though its small its good! They made me feel safe and I liked it would recommend if your in the area

We had a clean good sized room but sadly no coffee available in the room or the lobby. Extra security lock on the door was broken. Breakfast limited to Cheese and chicken Pitta, Twinkie and a small cinnamon bun, no juice just coffee or Tea. Useful stop when travelling down the coast.

You definitely get what you pay for. The price was phenomenal. The location is convenient to a lot of different things in the Jacksonville area however the neighborhood itself isn't the greatest - this came from a police officer that had to be called because a couple got in to some massive fighting above us and it sounded like the brawl was starting to get physical. We had an idea that this was the case when we walked into our room and anti-trafficking stickers were on the back of the door. That being said, management is paying attention to who is coming in and out of the rooms. They will walk around the parking lot, if need be, to ensure that everyone is safe and protected. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wifi is a little janky but that's the only reason I would consider another hotel. I like this spot.
