For simple ease and a nice place to rest This is the place to go. Remember, you get what you pay for so if you just want a nice simple bed to sleep in and be on your way... This is the best roadside inn that you can count on. The rooms are clean the bed was soft the sheets and blankets nice and white towels and toiletries and it's right place and the water pressure was perfect. I would recommend getting the suites over the other rooms. It's just more room and more spacious.

Positive: The gentleman on duty let me have the room without the $50 room deposit. First, because I didn?t have any more money and also because he knew the rate I had already paid was non-refundable. Negative: First- the temp outside was in the low 30s-close to freezing. But, the room?s heater didn?t work-fan just blew cold air, water didn?t get hot in the bathroom, and the TV didn?t work either. So, I paid over $--- to freeze, be bored, & stay dirty for 13 hrs.

Very disappointing stay. • Hidden $12 fee (initially $24) despite Booking saying no extra charges • Room key stopped working almost every night • Housekeeping skipped our room for 2 days despite requests • Dead cockroach in the room when we arrived • No proper hot water (only lukewarm) • Had to wait 10–15 minutes at 1 AM during a tornado warning before anyone came to reception • Night staff was rude and not helpful Overall, the stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or service. Would not recommend.

I am honestly amazed. This is quite possibly the best budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Super functional. Large mini fridge, large bed, large TV (I don’t watch tv), large table, nice shower, bathroom, mirror, lighting. Quiet. There’s not much more you can ask for from a budget hotel. It is clear that the owners are committed to comfort and quality. Again, I am quite surprised, as most budget stays are not this gracious. Highly recommended. Probably the only place I’d stay while in New Orleans.

Very quiet and hotel receptionist was very polite.Rooms are really nice and very comfortable beds.Water is really hot in shower .Clean rooms.I would recommend family & friends.
