⭐☆☆☆☆ Dangerous Conditions, Severe Disrepair, and a Total Failure of Choice Hotels Standards My wife and I stayed at this Rodeway Inn expecting basic safety and cleanliness. What we experienced instead was a room in such severe disrepair that it should never have been rented. The walls in the room were literally damaged, with large holes punched through the drywall, peeling paint, and exposed interior material. This was not hidden or minor damage. It was obvious, unrepaired, and unacceptable. The bathroom was in equally poor condition. The tile floor was cracked, uneven, and separating, with crumbling grout and heavy staining around the toilet base, strongly indicating long-term water damage. The room was dirty, hairs in the sink, my feet were black from walking on the floor. There were several areas in the floor that were soft and we were worried our feet might go through. The breakfast was terrible and the waffle maker did not cook them all the way, so they were raw in the middle. No butter for the waffles. As a diamond member, I have earned priviledges to have a late check out and the manager stated that I was not a diamond member. Yet, it shows on my app as I travel often. The hotel was not full, it was a Tuesday. Bad neighborhood. I guess you get what you pay for. But they should lower the price!

The room was very filthy as soon as you walk in the floor sunk in. There was patches all over the walls. Holes in the walls, the sink was dirty. The bathroom floor was absolutely disgusting. Everytime you stepped it felt like a tile was going to break. The bed was hard as a rock. Left immediately to find another hotel. Also felt very unsafe.

Positive: We had room 115, and the bed was comfy and the room was clean. It smelled really nice in there and fresh. There was towles, and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner with bar soap. Negative: There was a huge hole by the bed in the floor which is why I gave it only a 3 rating. The pool looked clean however there was quite a rowdy bunch out there blasting inappropriate music and girls yelling and grinding up on men.

We arrived early after husbands hospital discharge. Our room wasn't ready but they gave us a temporary room till ours was ready. Was very accommodating. The room was a little rundown. It needed some updates but it was clean and quite comfortable.
