Rodeway Inn Auburn Hills - Detroit

The staff is very friendly and professional. My favorite hands down would be front desk staff Rima. She is the most sweet caring person I have met in a long time. She is straight forward and fair. I appreciate the great service my family and I has received during our stay. I would definitely recommend. Affordable peace and quiet

I recently stayed at the Roadway Inn in Auburn Hills, and was very pleased. The check in staff made me feel welcome and were attentive to my needs. The room was spacious, and very clean. The bed was cozy, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was quiet making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent - right off I-75. Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value for the price and a comfortable atmosphere - i recommend this hotel will definitely be coming back!

Hotel rooms not updated. Missing towels. This hotel is very NON accommodating. There's no management on call after 4 or 5pm (Est). Management is the only person that's able to fix the television. So if something goes wrong after 5pm then you just won't be able to watch TV or have anything addressed. The last manager was amazing. The new management is terrible. So when you see the low prices... it's NOT because it's a deal. The prices is low because the hotel is terrible. This is a "IN CASE OF EMERGENCY ONLY" place to stay. Last on the list.

It was dirty I felt very disgusted staying there was originally post to go to extended stay but we arrived late and check in was 3-11 arrived at 3am we were visiting family so roadway in was the last option over charged me booked for two king beds cause I was with my father called ahead of time to make sure they had that available before booking it. The Lady said yes we do so I booked it when we arrived. The lady says she made a mistake. They only had one bed with a Jacuzzi. I said okay ig walked in it was horrible jacuzzi was even dirty looked like it ain’t been clean in months the new person tht was in the office the next day was very rude and disrespectful as if it was our fault her new worker madeA mistake. Wasted all my money there paid 75 then put down a 50 dollar deposit just to ge

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Felt very unsafe upon arrival. Went to my room and the door did not fully shut. Door handle was wiggling as if it was going to come off of the door. The shower was yellow and had no shower curtain. Went to try to get refunded and they refused but said they would give me a new room. There was holes in the wall and room was disgusting. Did not even want to touch anything. This place should be condemned.
