Quality Inn Auburn Hills - Detroit North

The lady at the front desk "Amanda" went out of her way to accommodate us in every way... the first room tv didn't work... she immediately put us in another room. The room was clean... plenty towels... soap.... shampoo ... I would give her an additional "5" stars all on her own.

I stay there anytime im in the area by far the safest cleanest hotel in this area. Staff and management are very good people. I stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity and they were disgusting and infested with cockroach. I am so glad i found this place i work in this area a lot and I would rather sleep in my car than any of the other hotels. Wish I could give them 6 stars.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the entry and the room until I saw the bug(cockroach) late at night. The next night I also saw a couple. I quickly moved by belongs into the bathtub as I’ve been told that’s the best place if bugs are suspected. Otherwise the hotel was convenient to where I was visiting. The breakfast was served both and the dining area was clean. Please take care of the critters

Stayed at this hotel with a group of 29 other people performing in a brass band competition. Check in for a large group went relatively smooth. My room was clean and comfortable. The biggest disappointment was that the "hot" breakfast did not have any hot protein like eggs, sausage or bacon. The hot options included waffles and toast. There is a McDonald's right next to the hotel if a more hearty breakfast is wanted.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was peaceful, thoughtfully designed, breakfast is pretty decent, bed was comfortable. Safe, well-lit parking lot. Overall I got a good vibe. My only complaint is that the wifi connection is not good. I would definitely stay here again. I was happy to find such a great price for a good experience!
