Crowne Plaza Auburn Hills by IHG

This hotel is nice and just ok. It's a bit outdated and the rooms are small. The bathroom in the room was nice! The beds and pillows were very cozy! Staff is ok, some where friendly and others were not. I'm pretty sure the guy at the bar ripped me off but I didn't realize it until later. The pool and sauna area is very outdated and just ok....nothing great. The room rate for a weekend was reasonable! I would probably stay here again in a pinch but it wouldn't be my first choice!

Excellent service, from check-in, to the restaurant and the breakfast buffet. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a huge hit for the family. Clean as well. Fitness center was awesome, the smith machine made it easy to get my very specific workout routine in. The beds were cozy, even enough for a pregnant woman. Atmosphere was great. Bathroom was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Definitely would love to stay here again if in the area.

Did not disappoint, great hotel. Not far from the mall. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. No complaints. Hot tub was perfect, great work out room as well. Everything unexpected that we needed for our stay, the staff was able to provide.

I stayed here for two nights and everything inside was clean. The atmosphere was really nice and inviting. I don’t think I have been to a better Hotel. This is my first time staying in a hotel alone, but the room was very clean and gorgeous. I felt safe the whole time and the bathroom was very spacious. I have literally no complaints. I would 10 out of 10. Recommend this Hotel. Rabi at the front was very nice upon checking out and the process was very easy.

Positive: The restaurant area was lovely. Clean, bright, comfortable.The front lobby was also very nice clean & inviting. The front desk woman checking us in was kind & accommodating. Negative: The hotel room itself was tired, needs updating. Wasn’t the cleanest. The beds were horrible very old & springy. The bedding was also very worn.
