Red Roof Inn Auburn Hills

I came here during a change in my living situation, and this location in particular has been a life-saver. The staff is excellent, the neighbors are quiet, and everyone is happy here. Thank you, God, for Red Roof - Auburn Hills. 10/10, will definitely extend our stay. Many thanks to all the people who make this hotel a great place to live. GOD BLESS!

I am writing to formally report the unacceptable conditions and conduct my partner and I experienced during a recent 7-night stay at one of your Red Roof Inn properties. We booked directly through your official website, expecting a peaceful environment to grieve and recover after the loss of close family members. Instead, we were met with negligence, unsafe living conditions, and appalling customer service that made an already difficult time infinitely worse.||Upon arrival, we were told that our room—despite being booked and confirmed through RedRoof.com—had not been paid for and that online booking “only holds the room.” We resolved this and paid again, only to encounter issue after issue that escalated each day of our stay:||No functional luggage trolley: The front desk clerk laughed whe

Great location can get anywhere in metro Detroit within reasonable time. Staff is superb! From front desk, to housekeeping everyone is helpful with a smile! This staff truly cares about the well being of the guests and each other! Room rates are a great value. You definitely get your money worth here. Have stayed at many other hotels in the area and this is by far best experience! Quality inn staff stole my money, and was a horrible experience and the staff here really made up for the inconvenience we had at the quality inn great place for kids, or adults trying to get away. Could not say enough to display the affection for this hotel and staff!

Nothing but good to say about the staff and the time we spent at this location by far the best workers and staff nice comfy room and not a sound at night we enjoyed that as we like to rest we will have a lot of good things to pass on to others about this hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel all very professional and courteous.
