Customer Reviews
Nice hotel, friendly staff, and decent breakfast service. Check out is later than most hotels at 12 which I can definitely appreciate! Only complaint is I wish the bathrooms had a mirror inside them, so you can freshen up in private if you like! However the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay
Positive: Location Negative: Staff was not nice or helpful. They didn't have the room I reserved and were unapologetic about it. Cleaning carts and equipment were littered throughout the hallway all day. Only about half the cable channels worked.
We were on a bus trip through Michigan when our bus stopped at this hotel for the night. We were early for our check-in time, but the hotel was ready for us. The receptionist was friendly and quick to check us in.||My room was very nice. It had two beds, a couch & chairs, a sink & refrigerator, and a bathroom with an outside sink/mirror. The bathroom needs to be updated, but everything was neat and clean. I asked other people from our bus about their rooms. They had nothing bad to say about them.||The breakfast area was very nice. There was a lot of choices. I think everyone could find something that they wanted to eat.
Some rooms better than others. I’ve only stayed on two occasions, the first one the room was huge and the second time it was a lot smaller. The rooms next to the elevators seem to be smaller. However the rooms are nice in that they have a sofa and office space apart from the bedroom area. The hotel is somewhat basic but it does have the usual amenities. Overall, no complaints. Hope this reviews is helpful to others.
The location of the hotel was convenient to surrounding activities. Room and bedding was clean, but the room was somewhat dingy. Pool was cold and early closing hours. HVAC in the room was so close to the bed that the person lucky enough to sleep on that side of the bed got all of the hot and cold air directly blowing on them all night. Decent amenities, but nothing special.
