Was pleasantly impressed with this hotel and staff. The manager went above and beyond to help accommodate our situation with handicap accessibility. We felt like she cared and was willing to help us with our stay and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed towels or anything they immediately tended to our needs. It was quiet and safe. We will definitely return when we need a place to stay.

We rented a suite for a family of 5. Two queen beds plus a sofa bed. The room was spacious and clean. The mattress was comfortable too, the breakfast buffet was small, however there were plenty of protein choices. We had to request additional pillows and the sheets for the sofa-bed were not available upon arrival as they should. The elevator was very dirty and since there are Kitchens in the units, other guests decided to cook around midnight and the smell was pretty intense until the next morning. Overall great choice price-value.

Positive: Friendly day staff, room was clean beds were comfortable. Negative: Night staff on phone entire time, hotel is being remodeled so there is a lot of dust and wallpaper peeling off walls. Elevator was very gross.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and quiet, making it easy to relax. The king bed was comfortable and came with extra pillows. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were conveniently provided in wall-mounted dispensers. > > The kitchen was well equipped with basic essentials for cooking, including a refrigerator with an ice maker, a two-burner stove, a dishwasher, and a sink. There was also a microwave and toaster. Clean linens and towels were provided, along with a hair dryer. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Will stay again when in the area.

Very clean when u walk in reception n hallways , when we got into the room it wasn't all that at all . Nails sticking out of the laminate floor as soon as u enter the room very dangerous!! The floor tiles in the bathroom cracked and move when u walk on them , dust and crumbs on the fridge !! Sad to put such a review as i was excited when I booked it as it had 4 stars and its no where near that!
