Definitely a money saver if funds are tight but PLEASE be prepared to battle roaches like never before. The front desk service was ok because the young man was extremely nice but he really didn't know anything about pricing or how policy went on switching rooms. I do appreciate him switching my room anyway because I really didn't want to be directly next to check in with all the noise and traffic. I didn't have any towels, at all, or an ice bucket in my room. TV gets three channels. That's about it.

I’m not sure how anyone rated this above one star because this place was awful. They must have friends providing the positive reviews or people that normally sleep in tents. The price with AAA was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Our GPS said this was part of Best Western but I didn’t see that anywhere and it was below the standard of most Best Westerns I have stayed in. The area is sketchy and I did not feel safe here. Major people traffic in two rooms on our end made me wonder what the heck was going on in this place? The door had a huge gap in it (you could see outside) and even with the two locks I did not feel safe. The room was rundown , dirty and outdated. Staff is nice and helpful but the rooms are in need of paint and repair its loud but its the cheapest place in rocky mount

I will never stay here again. People playing loud music all hours of the night. People being loud, slamming car doors , speaking loudly near my door , people slamming room doors, and making banging noises in the rooms next to me.Barely able to get any sleep and I’m 25 weeks pregnant. Money saver but it’s not worth the stay. It smells like pure cigarette smoke and Marijuana. The people next to me are loud and extremely disrespectful.
