Courtyard by Marriott Rocky Mount

Elevator was broke at check in and room was on 3rd floor, but thanks to "Alisha", she was able to put me in a room on the first floor. Knee and back issues prevent me from doing a few stairs. She was very positive, willingness to help was outstanding and happy. The heated indoor pool was relaxing. Overall, all employees I walked by greeted me. I was here to visit a family member in the hospital.

The people who work at this Marriott are the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel. My husband is here on business and I came along. They allowed us an early check in and late check out because of his meetings. They have been helpful in anything we’ve asked for even when they were busy. We will definitely stay here again!

Great staff and convenient location. Everything was clean and well maintained, but it's an older hotel. The only downside for us was no buffet style breakfast included with the room.

Not as advertised. It is a Marriot Bonvoy. The rates are $179 a night. Pictures not accurate, there is no longer a hot tub. Rooms are super dated, carpeted floors were disgusting, sticky, and I couldn't take my shoes off the entire stay for fear of what might be on those gross floors. Tiny TV, again super dated. For the $179 asking price this is ridiculous. Several neighboring hotels in the same park are cheaper, newer, and cleaner. Breakfast was a joke. Not free, and $18 for a bacon egg and cheese?? The Starbucks in the lobby only had regular coffee. Other next door hotels are cheaper and offer free breakfast + aren't super dated like this place. Older hotel, surrounded by several newer hotels, but rooms are fairly up-to-date. Also has a heated indoor pool. There is a bar and they do serve breakfast.. Alicia at the front desk is a wonderful addition to the hotel also walking distance to several restaurants.
