Homewood Suites by Hilton Rocky Mount

Each time we’ve been here the staff is friendly and professional. It is spotless inside and out. The breakfast area is well attended and clean. I like that the bar healthy options such as chia cups a build your own breakfast burritos.

Positive: Large Refrigerator, Microwave, stove, Tea/Coffee Machine. Near the elevator Negative: TV remote was not working-need batteries. Bathroom sink, open area, no privacy. Check Out at 4am, unable clerk was running some night reports and could not check me out. Having to wait most of the day on Saturday to receive replacement towels.

Quick overnight stay for our business group. We arrived early, but the front desk team worked their magic and got everyone checked in. Super clean facilities and friendly employees. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had pulled chicken which was a nice surprise. Room was very comfortable and clean. Nearby Outback Steakhouse was easy to walk to for a meal.

I chose this because of its location: we had to drive from the Outer Banks to Florida and this was at an ideal spot.||On the plus side, in addition to the location, the room was comfortable. The desk chair was great. The buffet breakfast was way better than standard, and the staff on duty was very attentive. Actually, the staff everywhere was terrific.||On the detracting side, our room had a very strong odor of cleaning products (on the plus side, it did remind us that the room was very clean!) The night light in the sink area was very bright and I had to struggle to disable it. There was a rip in the couch upholstery; I turned the cushion around so I didn't have to look at it. And our TV had what looked like a blue filter on the screen, causing us to not want to watch it.||To the managem

Starting with location. If you're traveling down I-95 this hotel is a very easy stop. We got food from a nearby restaurant. It was all very easy. The rooms were huge! We had more than enough room for our family and it was so nice having the big fridge, the available dishes and thr cook top. It was the cleanest long stay hotel we've ever stayed in. All of our needs were met by the welcoming and so nice staff. Every person we encountered was so polite and kind. The breakfast was really good. Anything you could want for breakfast, I wish I could have brought a bunch of it with me. During our stay we also ate dinner in the dining area as an extended family. It was a very pleasant, comfortable and clean room. Finally, I did read some of the bad reviews other people left, they couldn't have been
