I travel a lot for work and I don't have to have all the bells and whistles. I'm there to sleep and shower and go on about my day. Staff was very friendly, pleasant, and attentive. On site security was top knotch. The young gentleman made sure when I went out to get dinner that I had no safety issues at all. Once I retire he made.sure to assure I didn't have issues then as well. I observed his concern for all the guests, while making sure unwanted visitors kept it moving. I've been to this location often and it's always improving.

My wife had the misfortune to have checked in there, luckily with friends.||It was late at Night after a Day of driving. Right from the start they said there was a sketchy character behind them at the check-in desk, who told them to "have a good Night, ladies". They found the room to be barely tolerable, it was not cleaned well. The area around the hotel was in an iffy neighborhood, they woke up to people fighting, crack addicts in the hallways, dirty dishes littering the grounds.||||When they tried to call and talk to the manager, Nick Brahrabhatt, he refused to get on the phone to even talk with her. Booked online for a crew. When the crew went to check in, they were told they had to pay for the rooms, after I had already paid online. No way to get them in the rooms we paid for, according the front desk employee. Bad service and bad business.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this place. The room was filthy, with mildew, crayon marks, and holes in the walls. I was shocked it hasn’t been shut down. The environment felt unsafe, with people lingering around and staring while I sat in my car. Housekeeping refused to provide towels, claiming they only give them out on certain days. I can’t wait to get back home to Houston, Texas, where motels maintain cleanliness and ensure guests are comfortable—all for the same price.
