After accidentally leaving my purse behind, their team went above and beyond to help me during what could have been a very stressful situation. Andrea is an absolute star—she was the one who spotted my purse at the breakfast table and immediately secured it. Her honesty and attention to detail truly reflect the integrity of this property. Sara, Lori, and Sharon were incredibly patient and kind, even as I called almost daily trying to track things down. When we realized UPS was the delay, they stayed on top of it until it finally arrived—and I now have my pocketbook back! I have stayed here before in the past and had always had a pleasant time, the staff always very helpful. Unfortunately my latest stay I felt very rushed by Sharon during the check in process. Normally I'm greeted and asked how I am doing, however this time it felt like I was bothering her. Such a shame because normally the front desk staff, is much more welcoming.

I'm in the first floor room. Very disappointed with the layout and size. Despite being right off the lobby it's quiet other than traffic noise.HVAC unit is quite noisy. In walking distance of just about anything you need especially good food and in driving distance of anything else. If you have a pet there is an excellent 24-hour veterinary emergency clinic two blocks away and three other veterinary clinics within a block or two. While there's no specifically designated dog walking area, the place where there's waste bags and receptacle is pea gravel and could be difficult for people to walk on. There are some loose bricks on the way there. At night time it feels very unsafe because it's secluded.. very disappointed in housekeeping. Even when I was supposedly on the schedule could not get

I've stayed here about 4 times for business.... it's just ok. Hotel is dire need of a renovation. Requested a quiet room away from elevator in advance....received a room next door to elevator that rattled everytime someone went down. Location is in central Springfield VA if you need that, plenty of restaurants nearby +Whole Foods store, still close to Ft. Belvoir. Tip-there is an Anytime Fitness gym across the street if you want a full gym. (Viewpoint of business traveler that stays at Marriott properties 100 nights annually)
