Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield

This hotel is wonderful. So much to praise! I visited for a corporate meeting and as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by several staff members welcoming me. I am only a Gold member and they treated me as if I was a Diamond Elite! The rooms are so nice I could move in there! The restaurant was amazing, the banquet staff....amazing even engineering greeted me at one point. I was so impressed, I started taking names. These are just a few of the employees that I could get their names: Cassandra Lopez, Valentina Meija Carmen Rivera, Dino Delgadillo, Brandy Gonzales, Mohammad Qureshi, Suraya Abdulahi and Richard Hicks. My Star was the Chef....Chef Byron Molina. I eat my meat well done and he did not make any remarks like I usually get. He cooked it perfect. Came to my tabl

4 & 1/2 stars. Suites are nice & clean. The 2 room King Suite has a decent size fridge/freezer, sink, dishwaher, induction cooktop, microwave, plus supplied with flatware & a pot and pan if you want to cook. If your room is facing the highway there can be some traffic noise (like a tractor trailer using its engine brake at 2:45am). But the free breakfast is exceptional, omelets are delicious, and plenty of other options that change daily. (Buscuits & Gravy are AMAZING!) I did not use the pool or the work out room. And I was a little disappointed that you have to go down and pick up your own room service food order, instead of having it brought up. But not that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at Embassy Suites Hotel. Everything was very good. The hotel was clean, and the staff was polite, welcoming, and very helpful. They made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small thing I noticed was that the bathroom had liquid hand soap, but there was no face soap or basic toiletries like a toothbrush or toothpaste. If those items were available, it would make the stay even better. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Spent 4 days here for training conference. Very friendly staff, updated decor and good food services. This location was very close to our training facility, so was nice not to deal with morning traffic rush, but there were spurts along the main drag. Parking was busy, since there were many other people here for conferences as well. Morning breakfast buffet was very well done with fresh omelets or eggs made to order. Another section of fresh fruits, pastries and yogurt also. Coffee bar and fresh juices as well. Rooms were very comfortable with a one room suite. Modern decor, two TVs and microwave with small refrigerator. Seemed very sound proof as I didn’t hear any major disturbances. Will request this location again on my next trip to Lorton, VA.

Positive: Complimentary breakfast, including made-to-order omelets! Negative: Had an issue with a bathroom door that was not addressed by maintenance prior to 9 pm, so we cancelled that request. Not a fan of the barn-style sliding bathroom doors.
