Hotel Belvoir Springfield

Positive: The staff were great, hotel elevator worked great. Negative: The hotel is old. The furniture is old and scratched up and/or broken. The restaurant looked old and out dated. The bathroom shower head was old and didn’t work smoothly.

The location is great, and their halls are used for very many events, winners chapel International started a branch using one of the halls in Hotel Belviour. If you want a touch from God, pls come around . The church services are Wednesdays 6-8pm and Sundays 9-11 am . It's a place of sharing God's word for signs and wonders. You are invited.

I recently stayed at this Hilton-brand hotel and unfortunately my experience was far from what I expect from the Hilton name. While the hotel’s location is great and the staff was generally okay, the condition of the rooms I was given was completely unacceptable. The first connected rooms had roaches, and when I requested a change, the only solution offered was to move me to another room which is typical but no points or anything, just a room move and a we can spray the room. The gentleman who assisted me with the move was very nice and helpful, but the situation itself should never have happened—especially at a Hilton property. Cleanliness and quality standards are expected to be much higher, and this experience left me very disappointed. I hope management addresses these issues immedi

One night stay to attend a reunion. Welcoming and friendly staff. Quick 2 minutes off I-95, and good location for major shopping stores, Target etc... Plenty of free parking. Rooms are all 2 queen setup. Elevators very fast, makes it nice with the hotel having 12 floors. Rooms are comfortable and good Wifi. Small refrigerator and coffee maker. Not USB ports anywhere in the room, bring a phone power charger. Nice bar, and 5-7pm Happy hour nightly. Free breakfast, beautiful sit down area, with chafing buffet style set up. Overall a great stay and experience.

Wonderful hotel. Good restaurant. |I left my wallet at the bar after dinner. Later an employee, Tae, tracked me down and brought it to my room. I hadn’t even missed it.
