Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

Hard to believe this place isn’t rated lower. Dirty rooms and falling apart with no remedy as they were sold out. Carpet bunching. Pool is not private, right beside parking lot. Lots of sirens and traffic noise. Air is extremely loud. We opted not to stay as we didn’t want to pay Marriott prices for super 8 quality

The most enjoyable stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Every time we would pass by the front desk, we were always acknowledged with a friendly hello. The property is very clean and upkeep exceptional. Also it is nice how you put your trash can out and it's immediately replaced with an empty can. Love the way they do the Grab and Go breakfast. Very convenient and satisfying. We will definitely be back.

clean room & lobby , fast check in, person who checked us in was awesome! & Id say fair pricing for the area it's in, TONS to do outside the hotel , shops/restaurants near by when you get bored or what ever.. overall great experience! ✨

Sergio, from maintenance, kept the pool area and grounds super clean. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly hello or chat. Steve did a fabulous job keeping the hot breakfast stocked, and the breakfast area was always clean. The front staff always greeted us when we were coming or going. My only complaint was the noisy road. We were on, which is not anything the hotel could control.I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Phoenix area. The location makes it super easy to get to inform the sky Harbor airport, which was only 20 minutes away.

The staff at this Residence Inn is the main reason we have been staying here every time we visit Phoenix over the last 3 years. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for access to freeways. Many restaurants nearby. Cheryl, the front desk manager, is so friendly and very accommodating always! Steve, who manages the morning breakfast, is also so friendly and has been so helpful to accommodate our early morning schedules to make it to our tee times early in the morning. Cheryl and Steve are the two main reasons we stay at this Residence Inn! Great hotel and location with fantastic people!!
