Residence Inn by Marriott New York JFK Airport

If you are looking for a clean and absolutely perfect hotel while staying near the JFK airport you just found it! Even better if you are also flying in or out Kennedy, since it’s so close and convenient. The shuttle service is hands down THE BEST I’ve experienced in the world, and I’ve been to many places. They have a hotel shuttle tracking website that allows you to request the shuttle and it gives you the drivers name, ETA and shows where the shuttle is on a live map. It was very impressive. When you arrive, you have to take the AirTrain from the airport to Federal circle and they pick you up there. Staff was the most friendly and polite of any NYC hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of egg whites and spinach! Room was exceptionally well stocked with dishes, utensils, everything required for making meals although we did not need to utilize this. Gym was awesome as well. Great shuttle service from JFK, would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel was a fantastic find. The location is perfect for anyone flying in or out of JFK. The free shuttle service from Terminal 4 runs every 15 minutes, which made getting to and from the airport incredibly easy and stress-free. ​I was very impressed with the room. As you can see from my photos, the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with every comfort you could need, including a full kitchenette. It felt more like a small apartment than just a hotel room. ​The breakfast was abundant with plenty of hot and cold options to choose from. Another huge plus is the 24/7 mini-market in the lobby, which is perfect for grabbing a snack or drink at any hour. ​Highly recommend this Residence Inn for its convenience and excellent amenities!

The staff here is the most considerate and thoughtful group of people, and could easily be running a Ritz or Four Seasons. Their standard of service and genuine desire to please their guests just blew my mind. Also, the rooms are clean and modern, and the fitness center is larger and nicer than your typical Residence Inn. Next time I come back to JFK, this is the only place I'll stay!
