Best Western Jamaica Inn

I had a positive 4-star experience staying here overall. The service and location were the definite highlights of my visit, with both earning a solid 4-star rating for making my trip convenient and pleasant. The rooms were dependable and met the standard 3-star expectation I had for a comfortable stay.

Positive: There's plenty of complimentary parking and there's a breakfast every morning, which is very nice. There is coffee in the room Negative: I felt that the room could have used more light and some throw rugs maybe on the floor is all wood or vinyl. I guess that's easier to keep clean and carpet

Perfect location in terms of close proximity to JFK & the subway, visible from our room. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, clean & had all the necessary amenities, including a full sized mirror. We stayed in an accessible room which had adequate space & a good sized bathroom for manoeuvring. The hotel was very busy, but no crowding in the breakfast room, which had ample seating. The breakfast offerings was very good, in terms of taste & presentation....I appreciate the overseeing of the staff who ensured the serving stations were kept clean and replenished. No delays nor issues with the elevator. The front desk staff were very pleasant & friendly, particularly the young man who worked the evening of Nov 13 (sorry no name), but he was very helpful throughout our stay. Adequate parking f

They have parking!! Rooms are clean, no funky smell, employees are helpful and nice, they have ice & vending machines. Every morning they have free continental breakfast. Pillows are so fluffy. Rooms have both a microwave & mini fridge. Walk in/ accessible showers are decent size. I have stayed here multiple times already & will continue to choose them once I’m in the area. Price is decent too.
