Nova Hotel JFK Airport

The room distribution is a little weird, the toilet, shower and washbasin separated and the washbasin just beside the bed. It's weird, but not unworkable. The room is very clean and looks new, the bed was too soft for my taste but was not bad. The shower tap didn't go all the way to hot and the water was lukewarm at most, not ideal in winter. No AC control on sight. The welcome card had the wifi password space blank, I used my phone shared wifi anyways. There is a Deli market just crossing the street that made my stay worth, very good food at good price. Now, everything else is appalling, service from the staff was done, nothing else nothing more. They do what is minimal and that's it. The people staying here is rather unconventional and you will listen to a lot of movies, music and growli

Positive: Front desk clerk was friendly and extremely helpful. I had a unique situation arise and needed special accommodations for my stay due to a cancelled flight. He went above and beyond to ensure I was able to check in when needed. Negative: WiFi was spotty at best. Limited ability to use my cell phone and tv kept pausing due to connectivity issues.

Room was actually very clean and cute for the price. Toilet still had some poop it seemed to look like in it but it didnt bother me too much since the room was so nice. Linens were spotless everything in this room is what you'd expect even at a Hilton. Only downside was the no refund because I was able to have my original place to stay but all is well since everything is so amazing. Front desk was so hospitable and kind. Walking is a sore though and no parking on site (which was mildly inconvenient with a baby) Also I've noted a few stains on the couch PROBABLY from wear and tear though 😅

As an experienced traveler, I was truly impressed by The Nova JFK Hotel. The hotel is spotless, incredibly quiet, and the bedding is extremely comfortable—one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had near JFK. The en-suite style bathrooms are beautiful and unlike anything else I’ve seen in the area. The deluxe suite rooms are amazing and absolutely worth the price. A special thanks to Smit for making check-in smooth and helping us with everything we needed—he was awesome. The best part is this has remained constant throughout my many stays! You will not regret choosing this place place!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your hotel, which compelled me to cut short my stay and request a refund. I had booked a room from Tuesday to Friday, fully expecting the quality and standards depicted on your website, considering your hotel is advertised as fairly new. Unfortunately, upon my arrival and check-in, I was immediately confronted with several unacceptable conditions. The entire hotel reeked of weed, an utterly unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere. In my room, the sheets were stained with brown marks, and there were noticeable holes on the floor. Additionally, the sink by the door was in terrible condition.
