Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York

What a beautiful hotel — truly stunning and very well kept. I booked three rooms for what was supposed to be my bridal weekend festivities, but sadly my father passed away. Even with everything going on, we decided to keep the rooms and try to make the best of it. The hotel has a great advantage: it connects directly to the casino, which is fun and super convenient. That part was a big plus and made the experience more enjoyable. However, the staff made the stay disappointing. The atmosphere felt cold — no smiles, no warmth, not one friendly greeting from most of the front desk team. It honestly made a difficult weekend feel even heavier. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very accommodating. When I asked if I could bring my pet, it was unexpected, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to bring my pet that night—hopefully next time when I check in again.||||The room was great, clean, and had everything I needed. I loved the breakfast; it already felt classy to me. Lastly, I was assigned a city-view room where I could see both the sunset and sunrise, which I truly enjoyed from my window.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency on Rockaway Blvd. The entire staff was outstanding and truly made us feel welcome. The Rewards Club staff were exceptional, and the chef was amazing—courteous, attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious.||A special thank you to the manager, Stefanie, who was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and leadership really showed.||Housekeeping also deserves special recognition—Beverly and Fatima truly made us feel at home with their kindness and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our experience and would gladly stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very modern and clean. The hotel is adjoined to a casino, however, the noise levels were such that we would never had known. ||||Rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable.||The only negative I would have is that there is no shuttle service from JFK to the airport so you need to either taxi or Uber.
