Service staff are phenomenal. Amanda so helpful and goes the extra mile. Rooms are clean and roomy. At night time can relax by fireplace by the pool. Tucked away so very quiet but near to everything.

I recently had the BEST time here at this hotel by marriot. Let’s just start with the cleanliness, the mattress, the sheets, the bathroom EVERYTHING was spotless. The breakfast was amazing, the spinach egg quiche were my favorite. They also had oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, yogurt and so much more! It was so convenient just going right downstairs. Also the staff from the front desk to the breakfast servers and housekeepers were AMAZING! The place was super quiet. I had the BEST naps and rest at night. Whatever you call the front desk for they will bring it to your room and in a timely manner. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN IF IM IN COVINGTON! Best experience ❤️

I've had a good experience every time I've stayed here. Amanda at the front desk is always smiling and courteous when I check in and helpful when I need something. Gracie is always a pleasure. Mrs. Gwen always has a breakfast well put together that is sure to fill your belly before you head out for the day. If your there on the weekend, you have to try a waffle or 3. I love those waffles with some chocolate chips. Staff is always welcoming and rooms are kept up well.

My wife and sister in law stayed at this hotel in January 2020. They had nothing but great things to say about their entire experience. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything they needed. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and very good. The grounds were clean; they felt safe and taken care of. They said the staff were the friendliest people they've ever met! We have stayed in 5 star resorts that didn't have as nice of a staff. Cudos to everyone at this hotel for making my wife's stay so enjoyable!

This Residence Inn was conveniently located on a cross country trip. The rooms were well appointed and incredibly clean. Staff were welcoming and breakfast was ddelicious!
