Holiday Inn Covington by IHG

This is a great hotel with Wonderful and friendly staff! We brought a group during Mardi Gras and though it was fully booked - all the staff were patient and the service was fantastic. We had multiple rooms with 2 people per room and everyone had plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and included in the price of our room. They had a large, very comfortable lobby for us to meet in and have space to relax together as a group. It was in a convenient location right off the causeway and surrounded with many different restaurant choices - from sit-down to fast food. There was a small outdoor pool and a plenty of parking.

Excellent property with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Property is very well maintained and clean. Rooms are up to date with excellent mattresses. Baths appear to have been remodeled lately. Excellent parking areas that are well lighted

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this Holiday inn Covington Louisiana. Starting with our check-in with Nico, who was absolutely accommodating and friendly, and welcoming. Lobby and hotel itself was decorated in fall decor. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good pressure. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was especially pleasant, with real eggs, bacon paired light medium and well done. Definitely plan to stay here in the future.

We stayed at this property because we were in town for a family members wedding. The site I booked through booked our reservation incorrectly. When we arrived after driving for 6 hours to find out there was an issue with our booking, I was not happy. HOWEVER, Daze came to the rescue. He was so welcoming, professional, and calm! He quickly resolved the issue. In addition, the property is clean, situated in a great location assessible to restaurants, stores, gas stations, whatever you need for a weekend stay. There was another person that was great, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she had a long dark ponytail and worked the afternoon of 10/11. She too was wonderful and accommodating. Finally, thank you to Amber for letting me know Daze took care of my reservation issue. We would def
