Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Airport West/Doral

Recently stayed for a pre and post cruise. The rooms were clean, roomy, and very efficient. The hotel is very close to Miami International and there is no issue with noise. The staff were very courteous, welcoming, and attended to our needs and requests. There is a buffet breakfast every morning that is included in the price. It is basic but has eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, waffles, cereals , juices, and fresh fruits. The lobby area is quiet and has televisions to watch. There is also an area to purchase some snacks, ice cream and frozen food items. The rooms have very nice amenities. The price was average for the Miami area during this time of year. They also provide an included shuttle to and from Miami International. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, two very large TV's and a good sized work area. All of this and a full sized kitchen. They include a free breakfast too. A great room for the price.

I have been staying at this hotel since 2017 and always had a wonderful time. From the warm welcome, to the friendly staff and clean rooms. The highlight was the free shuttle to and from the airport along with Wal-Mart and Dolphin Mall. However, my trip this time was a little disappointing. We were greeted by not so friendly staff at reception and was assigned to a smelly, dusty room on the 2nd floor with finger prints on the mirror. We immediately returned to the front desk and was reassigned a better room on the 3rd floor. We opted for no room service, due to the high increase in the number of Covid 19 cases but when we call for basic items, we felt like a bother. One time, it took us 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get toilet paper and a paper towel. While I know we are in a pandemi

🚨🚨This hotel is better than Hilton they let us check in early there’s a close park. You can take a walk. I recommend this hotel not too busy. The room have little bit smell if they can fix that the hotel is 100%.👍👍

Nice place with big rooms. Room service is performed every other day. Pool is good, but not heated, so it wasn't warm enough for swimming during my stay. Breakfast is good and has options.
