DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Doral. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and had ample parking, which made everything very convenient. I would especially like to recognize Florencia and Karissa at the front desk. They were extremely helpful, professional, and attentive in making sure all of my needs were met. Their customer service truly stood out. I also want to thank Adrian from the housekeeping staff for promptly assisting with a situation in my room — his help was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with excellent staff members who made the experience worthwhile. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality!

The hotel meets expectations in terms of room comfort. Honestly, it was good — I rested very well, everything was very clean. Free parking is a big plus, and the internet works very well.|The person who checked me in on January 16th (I don’t remember his/her name) was very kind.||The only two points I would mention as negatives are:||The breakfast is quite basic — regular bread, some croissants, yogurt, a couple of fruits, and not much more. There were also scrambled eggs, but they were quite greasy.||The check-out experience was honestly not very friendly. Not even a “How was your stay?” or “Did you enjoy it?”. It was simply: “Are you checking out? Room number? Okay, you’re free to go.” It felt rushed, almost like pressure. Her name was Jazmine or something similar.||Overall, I believe th

Positive: Location is good close to airport. Negative: My room was outdated and not great cleaned. You would expect more from a Hilton. The front desk girl with the light hair wasn?t nice. We stayed at the Marriot when we came to Miami on our first stop. The Marriot was way nicer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “An impeccable stay thanks to the excellent service” My experience at this hotel was outstanding, but what truly made the difference was the maintenance staff’s service. From the very first day, they were attentive, efficient, and highly professional. Every request was handled with a smile and incredible promptness. The rooms were always in perfect condition, everything worked flawlessly, and even the smallest details were taken care of immediately. You can really see the team’s dedication and commitment to keeping the hotel spotless and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable, worry-free stay. Without a doubt, the excellent work of the maintenance staff elevated my entire experience. Highly recommended, and I would gladly return!

Just stayed overnight for a new year's eve party. The room was very clean and seems to have been either built or renovated recently. The temperature was comfortable and it was spacious enough for 4 adults. Although we didn't need it for this reason, it is very close to shopping and a lot of restaurants. I would choose it again for a future trip, if needed.
