AC Hotel Miami Airport West/Doral

What a pleasant surprise! The customer service is outstanding. It was so refreshing to be able to interact with people that actually seem to enjoy their job and want guests to enjoy their stay. I noticed how many customers knew the staff members name from the front desk to the bartender. You can tell that it is consistent customer service because they all seemed to be frequent guests. The rooms were clean, up to date and spacious. The shuttle to the airport was on time and comfortable. Strongly recommend

Before and after we made a journey to St. Kitts, we spent time at AC Hotel. It's a very contemporary styled property with all the amenities you could ever hope for. We came in the day before our flight, checked in and went out for a fine meal. The next morning, off to the airport to start our vacation. On the return, again, checked in, had dinner, a great night's rest, then heading home.||The free shuttle service to and from the airport was a life saver. Being able to collect my Marriott rewards points also helped.

We had a great experience. We had a flight cancelation and stayed at this hotel. It was clean. The staff were excellent! We ate at the breakfast buffet and it was very good. The 2 staff working the buffet were excellent, desk staff were very helpful, and bartender very friendly. Also, free cookies were tasty!

This place overcharged my credit card over $800. We checked in on Thursday, February 19th in the evening. The woman working (Asian, did not have a name tag) charged my card the wrong amount without telling me she was charging my card. Said she couldn’t reverse the charges and I would have to speak to the manager the next morning. She blamed the calculator for the wrong amount. The manager did what she could but that overcharge of over $800 is still not back on my card and this has completely ruined my trip to Miami. I called my bank and they confirmed that the hotel has not issued a refund for the over $800 they overcharged my card. We are Key Biscayne locals that were in the process of moving to our new place, but we had to wait for a last minute building inspection, so we grabbed the clothes and personal items that we could from the moving boxes and went to stay at AC Hotel for 10 days. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 4. Since we previously stayed last year at AC Hotel for Thanksgiving night we wanted to come back because of the new and comfortable rooms. However this time the experience was not as pleasant, because of the impolite staff at the front desk. The majority of the front desk staff lacks customer service skills, especially Stephanie the supervisor. They NEVER greeted us or welcomed us when we passed by the front desk.
