Provident Grand Luxury Short Term Residences

Do NOT stay here. I paid over $1,700 for a “Superior Studio Suite, 1 King Bed (Partial Golf View)” and received none of it. There was zero golf view. Management blamed “construction,” yet there was no construction anywhere in sight. Advertise it as a city view ; don’t misrepresent your listings to guest. The bed was not a king it was a full size bed and again a representation of management. The room had dirty floors, a dirty futon, blood on the closet floor, handprints on the mirror, and cheap paper towels. This property markets itself as luxury, but the condition was closer to a roadside motel. There is no daily housekeeping. Guest services are only available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm and they don’t tell you before check in, during check in, etc If you have an issue outside those hours,

I had an amazing experience at the Provident Grand during my two-month stay. Isaura and Nicole were truly the best hosts - always welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful in catering to the day-to-day needs of the residence. The property itself is wonderful: consistently clean, well-maintained, and offering a wide range of amenities that made my extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This is the second year I book the grand for my sister who comes in from out of town. We had a very very bad experience this year and are very disappointed. On the morning after thanksgiving the fire alarm was rung at 7:00 in the morning not allowing to rest after a long dinner. The entire family walked out in PJS. Then we requested to extend our stay prior to Sunday. The front desk charged the cc on file. After a long day of shopping on Saturday when we went back to the hotel to find that the room code had been changed. What I find most disturbing is that the front desk did absolutely NOTHING to assist. The contact phones numbers you have on your reservation confirmation don’t even work at hotel anymore. Just watch out from who you are booking this short term residences. There are some agents within the building who rents out rooms, and then they flip between different guests last moment. We had rented from one agent Giovanni in June, and he ended up having us change the room last moment twice in 10 days which created lots of inconvenience and issues. Also, provident itself sells room to different agents creating lots of issues. Provident management team wasn't helpful at all when we brought to their attention. Elevators in the building didn't work for 10 days out of our 14 days stay causing us to take freight elevatory. I won't describe that experience as grand luxury experience. We especially wanna thank Elis or Alis (She is a very sweet blond Girl that works with Nicolle.) and Also Nicole herself for the amazing service provided during our stay, these ladies and their team is amazing. we love staying here, this is our second year and we cant wait to come back.
