Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their attentive and friendly service. They were always ready to help with a smile, which made the whole experience feel personal. The room was absolutely impeccable — spotless, comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. This was a key factor in making my stay so enjoyable, as everything felt fresh and inviting. On top of that, the hotel is in a great location. It’s close to Dolphin Mall and not too far from beautiful areas like Brickell, which made getting around super convenient. Between the excellent service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Katherine made my entire check in experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm, welcoming attitude. Her professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail truly reflect world class customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable. Without a doubt, this was the best check in service in the area. Thank you, Katherine, for setting the tone for such a great stay!

This is a nice hotel and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Katherine at the front desk. Overall the stay was good but unfortunately there was mold in the room (room 202). I was only staying one night so I didn’t have time to change rooms and thankfully they refunded most of the room charge. Hopefully this issue will be fixed in the future.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I felt genuinely welcomed upon arrival, which always makes a difference. The recognition and smooth check-in set a very positive tone for the stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly spacious, offering enough room to relax comfortably after a long day of shopping. Overall, a great option for a convenient and comfortable stay focused on retail and easy access to the mall.
