I give 4 star because of the beach was not clean but that is nature nothing to do with the hotel , everything was good the food the service the welcome drink the front desk very funny people they make your first impression of the hotel very unique ,i will come back for sure

Where do I start? Ok the place is nice.The food makes you vomit..Omg is left over food you get.The bar is good but the kitchen omg is for the dogs.Maybe Dogs would vomit..Please do better with yall food .if you want a good vomit go there!! He'll no!

I would give them a negative rating if I could, I stayed at the Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana. And I must say it was the worst customer service I ever experienced. I called them cause my air conditioning wasn’t working along with my fridge. No one ever came to help me, I had to figure out the air conditioning on my own. Even after I fixed it the room was still hot, no one ever came to fix our fridge. They stole my girl friends make up from our bathroom, my friends girl friends money from their room, and they didn’t want to help my other friend with her shuttle. She had to take a one hour cab ride to the airport at 4am. Mind you she paid the hotel for the shuttle service. They showed her no remorse they joked about her situation and lied to her. This place is terrible. People die here. The food and drinks were terrible. Someone in the staff for room service tried to STEAL my luggage. I repeat STEAL my luggage. Don't ever come here. Because you can die here too.
