InterContinental at Doral Miami by IHG

I booked two rooms for 2 nights using a special offer I found on the IHG website that included breakfast, parking, and a $50 credit for each room. Note: there is a fee to park in the parking lot otherwise, and breakfast is usually extra. The hotel is lovely, nicely decorated; the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, and given the hotel's proximity to the airport, remarkably quiet. Minor detail, but could use a little extra lighting. The breakfast was truly excellent with a wide assortment of savory and sweet choices, fresh fruit and cooked items. Staff were all helpful and responsive. The pool area is nice and clean, although we didn't go in the water, enjoyed relaxing by the pool one afternoon. It was relatively convenient for our main reason for staying there: going to the Everglades

Diamond ambassador here. I chose this hotel because I just wanted to get away, be low-key, unwind, get a tan, workout, and just reset. I spent a week here. I ate multiple times in their restaurant, ranging from breakfast to dinner, and was always pleased. The servers were eager to serve, the housekeepers did a great job and were grateful for their tips, and anytime I had an issue, when I reached out, it was immediately rectified. My status was truly valued here, and of note were Corina in her handling a situation I had excellently, and Janiselle, who was an angel. Conrad was also very accommodating. The property staff is truly top-notch. The pool was exactly what I wanted. Not cheap or tacky, accessible 24/7, heated, and the sun was not blocked by any nearby buildings. The weight room w

This is our 5th vacation at the hotel and it’s still as charming as ever. You always receive a warm welcome when checking in from the reception team. The rooms are immaculately clean , fresh and so so comfortable. THE BREAKFAST ROOM and its staff I cannot praise them highly enough. They are welcoming, friendly, give amazing service to every guest.. they now have an omelette station which is a great idea , great chef. The buffet breakfast changes on a daily basis with lots of fresh bread, fruits, cakes & hot choices. |The pool is always clean and welcoming |This hotel has always been our USA vacation hot spot , we love it and will definitely return soon. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom — especially the shower — was immaculate and of top quality. One thing that really stood out: this hotel doesn’t have that unpleasant “hotel smell” you often find elsewhere. Everything felt genuinely fresh and clean. I also appreciated the in-room espresso maker, which was fantastic. The safety system for doors and elevators was excellent — access is restricted to digital key holders only, which made me feel secure. Small touches like the water dispenser with iced, freshly cut oranges at the entrance truly elevate the experience — details like that make a big difference. And finally, the breakfast deserves special mention: it was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

I had a change of plans and arrived in Miami but didn’t have a place to stay for two nights. At the front desk Conrad Mod was extremely welcoming and able to get me and my family a room for our stay. I was extremely grateful as the place I originally booked did not work out. He also gave me late check out at no extra charge since my flight back home was later at night.||The hotel is gorgeous. There is coffee in the morning. The restaurant has delicious food.||There is a spa, pool, outdoor and indoor lounge areas. They have events every now and then especially for the holidays.||I highly recommend it
