Up front, let me say that this property is generally a good stay, convenient, friendly and the rooms are clean and decently comfortable. Popular with long-stay contractors and the car show crowd, there are many regulars. Safe location with a very friendly and accommodating front desk team. I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. My first stay. I had asked for a late checkout and was advised that someone would have to access my room to professionally clean the carpet, since my entire floor was getting cleaned. I let the front desk know that I was leaving out to go to the gym for an hour or so and would rather be present while someone was in my room since I didn’t feel comfortable with someone roaming around my personals. The front desk staff agreed and said that should would advised the cleaner to wait until I came back. An hour and a half later when I came back to my room. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming. She also was setting up breakfast in the AM and opened the pool for us. The rooms were in great condition. We were stopping here on our road trip and having the kitchen made it a great place to re-freeze our cooler packs and cook dinner. We had our dog with us and I could not smell or see any evidence of a pet ever being in the room prior to us. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was traveling for a family event and chose this hotel due to proximity and generally positive reviews. My room was not ready upon arrival at 3PM, (I require hypoallergenic) so they offered me an alternative room and to swap out the bedding. Since I was going to be out for the evening, I requested they come back after 4PM to give me time to change. Housekeeping showed up 20 minutes later, when I was still getting ready, so I requested they come back later. When showering, I noticed that the shower curtain was very dirty (although I don't want to be graphic, it was so gross), there was thick soap scum, random hairs everywhere, and the floors overall were very dirty. |When I left at 4PM, I noted to the front desk that when housekeeping returns, that I would like them to touch up the bathroo

We checked in after a long day of traveling. Immediately I noticed that the halls were sorely in need of a vacuum. When we got into our room, it was dated and dark. The toilet had excrement on the side of the bowl, so we immediately asked for another room. The new room was a slight improvement, but it was still dark and dingy. The refrigerator was extremely loud all night. There were crumbs in the corners of the desk chair and stains on the curtains. This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. I would not recommend staying there.
