Residence Inn by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs

GREAT LOCATION! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the greater Nashville area. It is ideally located within several restaurants within a very short walk. It’s a very safe location as well. We recently stayed a month during September. The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. So much so that I would love to mention a few by name as they really shined during our stay. Madison the manager was extremely professional as well as Sherice, Brittany, Mary & Layla at the front desk. There was a very sweet lady doing the breakfast that was always cheerful and always greeted me. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable experience overall. The bed was comfortable, with a good quality sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. The suite was very spacious, with two rooms, which provided plenty of space to relax. The kitchen area convenient, perfect for longer stays or preparing quick meals. I really appreciated the daily room service — everything was consistently clean and well. Definitely will stay again.

I had a lot of particular criteria when choosing a hotel in the Franklin area. I want to make sure there was free parking, free breakfast provided, and an indoor swimming pool for my kids to enjoy. We were very happy with our stay and the value for what we paid. The rooms are spacious with full kitchens, which is hard to find in a hotel. I loved having the kitchen sink and a full fridge available for us. The pull out couch was sufficient for our 2 elementary-aged children. The king bed was wonderful. The pool was nicer than I expected it to be. Currently, they are not offering a hot breakfast, but they have a good variety of "grab-and-go" items (all packaged up) for breakfast. This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants. They offered a free dinner on Tuesday night and free breakfast each morning. The hotel personnel are very nice and very welcoming on arrival. We did have a problem with the water temperature in our shower but they handled that immediately after we informed them. My one big disappointment was their bed! It was a king bed but fell to a gully in the middle! It was not comfortable and my husband ended up on the sofa. Their pillows need replacing also as they had a sweaty head smell. If they address these issues, which are big ones, it would be a good hotel. The location of the hotel is great. It's in an upscale area with some good restaurants nearby. Conveniently located so that there is shopping and other amenities close by. The hotel is located just off I-65 so that it is very accessible to travelers. We have stayed here a couple of times, the first time our room was on one of the upper floors. During that stay, the room was very clean and had a fresh odor when you walked into the room. Inviting is a word that comes to mind. The second time when I walked into the room, I was met with the overwhelming odor of pet food. I know, the hotel is pet friendly with an extra $150/ night fee for animals, I suspect if you asked, they would say the money is to pay for the "deep clean", but I think they must be pocketing the money or something lik
