Comfort Inn & Suites Nashville Franklin Cool Springs

We stay here everytime we are in the area. Rooms are spotless, the breakfast is great, great price, and perfect location. On our last stay we had an emergency and had to check out one night early. The kind man at the desk, Moin, generously refunded us for that night. You won’t find a better place or staff!

Positive: There are so many reasons that I just love this hotel. From the minute you walk in the staff is very friendly and the lobby is exceedingly clean. when we entered the room it was immaculate the location was near everything literally. Negative: No not one thing the best stay we have had at any hotel near or around Nashville

I wish I could say 10–extremely likely because this hotel is really quite nice. It was clean and quiet, and everything was nice. It’s exactly the kind of place I look for to stop overnight on my frequent travels. The only problem was that the bed was so rock hard uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. I don’t expect a feather soft bed, but this was pretty bad. Breakfast selection was lackluster, but I don’t much care about that. The attendant was very friendly and attentive. Everything else was great.

We have stayed numerous times at this Comfort Inn but this visit the bed was extremely hard. Was like sleeping on a box spring with a 1" pad. Thought it might just be our room, but saw several other comments about the beds. We didn't sleep well for 2 nights. One night my husband even decided the couch was more comfortable. One positive was that the shower had very nice pressure.

Clean, comfortable, and kind. The hotel is pristine in cleanliness and the rooms well appointed; the beds were very comfortable. Mark at the front desk was so pleasant and efficient. Sam, the manager, runs a great ship. Thank you for all Sam- we will be back.
