Hyatt House Nashville / Franklin - Cool Springs

If you're looking for a great place to stay with family and friends you've come to the right spot. Great breakfast every morning. Coffee is piping hot. Rooms are incredible. Great outdoor fireplace and out door seating. Loved the lounge area, big enough to play family card games. The conference room was perfect for our family of 27 to gather with our family for an extraordinary meal, and gift exchange. Front staff was very helpful, and always courteous. The Bartender was a hit with the younger adults. Great location. Across the street from Walmart, (for last minute items) but within driving and walking distance to some fabulous restaurants.

Our stay at this particular Hyatt location was superb! The lobby and room was impeccably clean and front desk staff friendly and helpful. I'd like to especially thank Jazna, who took the time to assist me with a tech/tv issue even though she was quite busy checking in guests, and it was rather late in the evening. She even called to apologize for taking a bit longer than expected; how's that for amazing customer service?! I look forward to my next visit!

Positive: Perfect location, super clean, helpful staff. Negative: We were slightly late arriving due to delayed flight into BNA. By the time we checked-in the hotel had already given away all the king bed rooms, even though we had booked and pre-paid for king room. We had to sleep separately in double beds first night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The hotel was very clean, up to date and well stocked. The staff provided amazing service and all of the services were top notch. The breakfast was very great, different options each morning. They had a indoor pool, outdoor pool firepits and nice size gym. We will defiantly look to stay at a Hyatt House hotel in the future!

Wonderful hotel! Breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The big walk in shower was awesome! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to events in Franklin or downtown Nashville.
