After two days here with my Medical Alert Service Dog I got kicked out for “faking a service dog” I have POTS, PTSD, and a seizure disorder. Some people who worked there harassed me and asked for paperwork or an I.D, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Service Dogs don’t have any paperwork or an I.D, you can only ask two questions 1) Is that a service dog? 2) What tasks does it preform? You cannot ask for paperwork/I.D, my disability, or proof that I have a real disability such as a doctors note. My service dog is Medical Alert, Fully trained, and well behaved. He alerts to seizures, medical episodes, and PTSD episodes. He never peed in the hotel room, he didn’t ruin anything, and he wasn’t causing trouble. Also he’s an Australian Shepherd. I will not be going to this

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay. Nothing in the room seemed to work properly. The shampoo looked discolored and unclean, and there were no towels provided—I had to go down to the front desk to ask for some. The food was another letdown; it was barely edible and definitely not worth ordering. Would not recommend.

This place has had renovations and is still working through its transitions. With that said, I have stayed a couple of times, and both times were great. The location is in a neighborhood and quiet yet still close to dining out. It has an old school appeal and charm. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Even though this hotel is currently undergoing major renovations our stay here wasn't impacted at all by the work going on, our room was very clean and comfortable and the new owners and staff were super friendly. We were here for the multi-day RV show on the BIG E property across the street so the location was perfect for us to just walk back and forth, we'll definitely stay here again next year and look forward to seeing the progress of the renovations!

Let’s start with we arrived and waited in the front hall (lobby) which was about 5 minutes, then a person that looked like joe smith came by and said he works there, he stated you need to call a number to get a person to come but you still need to wait for them to come to the front. Next, we was shown the room and the first thing that noticed was a poor moldy type smell in both room and hall ways. We are now in the room and check to see if the bathroom is clean and to our great surprise the toilet is not at all clean. They did send the cleaning lady to clean the bathroom “again”. While the lady was cleaning the room we continual to inspect the room as being in a dirty room is not what you want and if she could clean what was needed that would be great.
