Watched and stalked by live in renters and owners. She saw is packing the truck stood outside the door waiting for the key. Will not stay there again.

Can't beat the price! Very clean and conveniently located just across the riverfront park and boardwalk. I had all the things needed for a comfortable stay in Palatka. Very pleasant personnel and helpful. Definitely will stay again.

During hurricane Matthew evacuation from the Daytona Beach area we headed to Palatka but didn't think to make reservations at a hotel. When we arrived, all the major chains were booked solid and had "No Vacancies" so we started hitting some of the smaller what we consider motor lodge. That's what The Regency Inn in Palatka is and the owners knowing we evacuated the hurricane wouldn't allow us to bring our dogs inside so they had to stay in the car scared to death all night. We went down periodically in the midst of the storm to sit with them but it was still sad leaving them in the car. It would be one thing if they were large dogs or ill behaved but they both have been trained. Now getting back to the hotel itself, though grateful to have a roof over our heads, the bathroom was so sm

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We checked in and immediately checked out! There were bodily fluids all over the bedspread and the AC didn't work. Then when we asked for a refund they suddenly didn't know how to work the credit card machine. Had to call my bank to do a stop payment. Please don't go here. Go to quality inn next door.

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The sheets have actual seamen on them. The A.C. doesn't work and its so ungodly hot. I've seen some mixed reviews about this place and I thought I would give it a try since everywhere else is booked. I should have slept in my car.
