Quality Inn & Suites Palatka Riverfront

I've stayed at this location for Bike Week 4 years now and keep coming back for a number of reasons. Kelly, the Assistant Manager is both a pleasure to work with and an extremely good manager. It's clear that her finger prints all over the day to day operations of this property and it shows. My room has always been clean and comfortable. As long as. Y plans include Bike Week they will also include a stay at this location.

I was very impressed with the construction of the building as the walls are so thick we couldn't hear any noise. The only negatives were no elevator in the last building (but it only had two floors) and the rooms on the first floors (our friends stayed in) which had sugar ants. Other than that, which can be rectified with an exterminator, our room was really clean and nice. The staff was really nice even though they had to work on Christmas. I'd stay there again.

Beautiful view of the river and excellent location but in the room, the carpet was disgusting and sticky and I saw a roach crawling on the air conditioner. Parking is very limited, especially the handicap spots. Very overpriced for the "quality" of the rooms. Also, I placed a to go order for dinner at Beef O'Brady's and I was standing there for at least 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the staff. Horrible service and mediocre food for the price.

Room was dirty. Carpet needs to be replaced (nasty). Hair dryer didn't work. AC still makes a lot of noise (same room that I complained on my last stay a few months ago). Coffee pot in room with no coffee. No restaurant in hotel anymore. .
