Where to start? PROS: The staff is very friendly & they have free coffee. CONS: My first room had such a bad smell I couldn't stay in it. Second one (same for all my business partners) was so humid when going inside the sheets at night it felt almost like if it was wet. There is a constant smell of mold which never leaves. The inside of the walls must be loaded with mold in this hotel. There was mold in my shower in the joints between the bath and the tiles on the wall. I caught a couple of bugs, including a Millipede! Room service once a week only. The carpets are so dirty they are dark and sticky. When walking barefoot, rinsing your feet in the shower, the water turns black. You have to bring your dirty towels at the front desk to get fresh ones in exchange. Definitive NO-NO

Better off going to the riverdale inn motel than here. I paid for an upgraded room & how is the room more dirty than the regular rooms plus only 3 pillows. I got attitude from the staff when all I ask if I could have a room with no pet hair in it since he said they’re are rooms just for pets but of course there’s not just bad cleaning. I clean the room myself after buying supplies & I forgot to take pictures of the floors since I was so shocked by the bed covers but anyways if you go here only go to the cheap rooms without a fridge. Those are the cleanest not the “luxury” rooms

Positive: The ice and coffee are the only two positive things I can find to compliment on. Zero sarcasm. Negative: The staff are simply all around rude; dismissive, unhelpful, ignorant in their spoken replies to requests, preoccupied and unwilling to physically move in order to perform their jobs and more similar comments not worth wasting the effort in complaint.

I didn’t picture everything unfortunately. Honestly I hate to give a bad review but I’m here for the people. People who spend their hard earned money. Whether staying for a night, or longer they deserve atleast a clean room to rest their head. One of my employers from the big e happen to book here and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences l've had. The first room they gave me was dirty.. smelled like cigarettes when I walked in. Hair in places it shouldn’t be. I took the sheets off the bed to ensure that that would be changed and there was a urine stained mattress cover. I ended up going to the front desk basically requesting full service because if it wasn’t for work I would’ve drove all the way home, immediately. Would not stay here ever. Room smelled. A lot of people just hanging in the parking lot. Very unsafe. Don’t do it. Asked for a refund and I refused to stay here after booking two nites. This was their response: Your case has been addressed and closed . You are currently on the DNR list. We wish you the best in the future.
