I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel. I only stayed one night, yet I was charged for five nights. This was completely unexpected and unacceptable. When I noticed the overcharge, I contacted the hotel immediately, but resolving the issue has been stressful and time-consuming. Billing errors of this magnitude should not happen, and it makes me question their accounting practices and attention to detail. I understand mistakes can happen, but charging a guest for four extra nights is a serious error. I would strongly recommend double-checking your bill if you stay here. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

My room was clean but in shoddy condition. It appears that some of the rooms are a residence. There were kids running around and screaming till after dark. I discovered that the heater in the room didn't work. It only blew cold air. This is a good location but I won't be going back.

Positive: Nothing. This place was a nightmare for me and my family. A total disappointment. Negative: They gave us keys for a room which was already open, the TV on and a man smoking outside the door. It was a scary moment outside. We had to run for our safety. The new room given to us was not clean, smoke alarm not working & had holes in the wall.

Horrible experience! Was charged twice for a room. Called 3 times, all of them they hang up on me because they cannot keep helping me, they are busy. No type of help whatsoever. Somehow even though I was charged twice they are unable to find my reservation. Need better receptionist and definitely a better manager! Update*: how did you checked my reservation without my info? Nobody has called me to get more information.

My experience with the Inn was not the greatest. The room looked dingy and small. The walls had parts of some sort of fixtures removed but not covered well. We had burntout light bulbs above the beds and one light fixture that was either dirty, busted or both. The main curtain in the room was very dirty as well the shower curtain that had some stains. The inside of the freezer was dirty and a microwave that was bi-polar. But what made the experience even worse was on the second night we returned to our room and found 2 small cockroaches and more the next night (found one in our microwave). Even though the staff mentioned that they are in the process of renovating, the room should not be in the state as it was to rent out to people. I was so disappointed.
