What happened!?!? My boyfriend and I stayed here quite often back in the end of 2024 and several times in the beginning of 2025 and everything was mostly great, so, passing back through again now in August and it all went to crap! I don't even know where to begin. First, the room appears dingy upon walking in THEN the water pressure is NON EXISTENT so it takes an hour to get my hair completely wet! The AC is busted and loud ASF, I'm not entirely sure if it's actually cooling the room down or not. Onto the bed! OMG the bed is HORRIBLE, NOT comfortable AT ALL, in fact, and this is no exaggeration, we were sleeping on a queen blow up mattress the last two nights and I'm wishing I was on it again tonight! For a 2 star hotel, you can definitely see the rooms have been through its rough patches throughout the years however it’s still quite comfortable. If you’re traveling with dogs and looking for a hotel that is budget friendly this would be the place for you. You won’t find a hotel that won’t charge per night for a dog staying (unless you bring multiple). This is why I rated our stay a 4/5. There are some bugs here and there, my boyfriend found a dead bug and I saw a roach in the hallway. The first initial walk in to the room had a weird odor which dissipated later on after turning the AC. My boyfriend didn’t find the bed as comfortable as he would’ve liked, I didn’t really mind it. My husband and I have been staying here for the past 3 months. We started out at an extended stay hotel nearby and had such an awful experience that we left after two days. Coming here was the best decision we could have possibly made! The staff is amazing! It's super quiet, clean, and accommodating! Fair pricing and fantastic location! They are also super pet friendly and that made all the difference in the world to us! We have a rather large dog and it has been fantastic having him here! They have plenty of outdoor walking areas and don't charge an extra fee for having them! Love love love this place!

This is a truly fantastic hotel. I really love the peaceful atmosphere here. I felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I arrived. Ideal place to forget about the stresses of daily life. It exceeded all my expectations. The room was not only cozy, quiet and clean but also very comfortable with black out curtains and a spotless and immaculate bathroom. Great free Wi-Fi and TV selection was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Tina, Gina, Sandy and Liz. Security guard Joseph was super nice and gave me ease of mind. Helped me to my car each time. The location was great. Close to UNF, St. John’s Town Center and many restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Positive: I enjoyed my privacy that I requested..The staff including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were extremely nice and very helpful. Negative: Honestly I cannot complain about anything there.
