What. A. Dump. I brought a 95 year old man here to take a shower and the shower is in disrepair. It's functional, but only just. If I had all day, I would write a short diatribe. We should have gone to Planet Fitness instead. He normally goes to his daughters but she's out of town, so she paid for a motel. I thought this would be nicer, cozier and warmer. The heat started at 66°F and after an hour and a half, it's finally at 69°F. Not great if you're 95 years old with poor circulation. Good thing he's hard of hearing so the high-pitched squeal isn't as obnoxious for him. This place is only marginally better than being homeless. The guy at the counter said he could only take cash, that the card reader was down. I bet it's always down. Anybody want to put money on that? They just so happen t

Positive: Location is excellent. Negative: Parking lot unsafe during winter, rooms have roaches and aren't cleaned thoroughly. Always lock your door, the riff-raff always trying to find "open" rooms. Dont keep personal belongings in your room unless you want staff snooping

DON’T STAY HERE! If I could give 0 stars that would be an under statement. We booked through Tripadvisor and arrived to check in. After entering the room the smell was unbearable and it was an unsafe environment. Transient people in the parking lot and on the balcony. Loud music from the next room as well. I immediately went down to return the key and informed the staff that this was unacceptable. They hesitantly accepted my complaint and said a third party would refund my money. I just picked up an email from Tripadvisor that they will NOT be proceeding with the refund. Bad business, bad staff and terrible environment.

Pulled in . Went to book. Got the room. Walked in room and we to walk back out to go for supper and the door handle came off in my hand. Had to go back to change rooms. Changed rooms to find out the top lock is completely missing. We to ask for an extra pillow. Because theses ones are paper thin. To be told we have no pillows. I will NOT be back and will let anyone I know, not to come

Positive: Convenient location if you have a vehicle Negative: Disgusting rooms. Roaches. Parking lot unsafe during winter conditions. Extended a 2 week stay, they kicked me out of my room for 4 hours, didn't clean it, change sheets or restock with linens, rebooked me in same cockroach room.
