Red Roof Inn & Suites Omaha - Council Bluffs, IA

Room 203 a ski room was horrible. The floors have water damage, well all wood work has water damage in the room. The bathroom floor was literally bubbling up. My husband went down and was going to ask for a different room but heard the lady tell another lady that they didnt have any available. When he went to turn the TV just a little so he could see it better it went out. He spent 20 minutes working on getting it back working. We got the room hoping to use the jetted tub but it looked like the jets had not been cleaned at all. Then check out is before 11 am at 9am our keys to our room stopped working. They had already shut them off. I let the lady at the front desk know about everything and she was not helpful. She said" people dont always report damages" i told her to look at the roo

The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—just what I needed after a long day on the road. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Great value for the price! I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I pass through. Thank you for the great hospitality!||

We absolutely love this place to stay! We stay here often! Everyone is always so friendly, it's quiet here which makes things so peaceful. Janita at the front desk is amazing and was so helpful with our last minute reservations, and then helping us during the check in as well! Tammy at the desk always working hard scrubbing floors and making the entrance smell and feel welcoming! Beds are a little hard, but the rooms are big! We are nightowls so I can't say much about breakfast but their pool feels great (heated) and open later than most! Staff is very accommodating to last minute needs as well! Give this place a shot! It's wonderful and you will feel at home...away from home!

Positive: Front desk clerk was very helpful, friendly, and polite. Negative: Romm smelled like dirty socks, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

My boyfriend (ftm, I say this because he still can be seen as a girl a bit despite starting hrt) needed a last minute place to stay because of a gas leak in his apartment. Upon walking in a creepy dude was sitting in the lobby. The lady at the front went to the counter to check us in, taking his ID to check age then very loudly stated he had recently turned 18. When she was asking for how many people, we let her know i wouldnt be staying with him and our cat. she then checked him in and very loudly said his room number. at this point i should have asked for a new room and for her to write it down because i instantly got a bad vibe. when i was able to see my boyfriend next, he informed me that overnight he heard a lot of rattling at his door and people talking outside the whole night. he ha
